    Amazing views and pampering vibes 😍

    The spa facilities were fine, like some fancy bush lodge! Our room was comfy with a killer view of the lake. The staff were super friendly and even surprised us with some bubbles for our celebration. Brekkie was a lekker spread, so many choices!

    Just a bit of noise from other guests during brekkie, but nothing major.

    All members of the staff were super-friendly and really accommodating. The location was stunning and marvellous, on how we would like to have the beds set up or explain the things do do in the area or tell us the use of the guest card outside of the establishment! Besides, it was just off the hill, the lake Tegernsee and the surrounding mountains, and Germany, where bakery is a key culture thing...

    The spa facilities were really good, especially the panoramic sauna, complemented by a amazing lake view from our room in the Wallberg building. Staff service was excellent and cute throughout our stay.

    We experienced inconsistent housekeeping, and the noise level from neighboring rooms was disruptive at night. There were complications with dining reservations that detracted from our experience.

    reasonably clean hotel with really accommodating staff and excellent food. spacious and fashionable room with an incredible view on the lake from the window. central heating, a laptop-compatible safe, and multi-channel television in the bedroom. wonderful property, amazing and marvellous location, in a beautiful area. right by both restaurants, and the hill overlooking the late and mountains.

    Had a fantastic group vacation. The lake views from our room were very nice, and we enjoyed yoga sessions that helped us unwind. Breakfast was varied and delicious. I highly recommend trying the scallops at dinner. It was a great experience to relax with friends in such a beautiful spot.

    We faced some challenges with customer service. On our arrival, the welcome was a bit lackluster.

    I truly enjoyed hotel's spectacular location!!

    The room was well decorated and well-equipped with a bathtub, besides it had wake-up service, just in case. The delightfully helpful and professional staff, provided a good service and was willing to help.

    Fine views and great food!

    Loved the spa, it's totally great! The staff was super friendly and even prepared a cozy spot for my kids, a sweet touch. The views over the lake during breakfast were just amazing. Only problem was the wait during peak times at dining, kind of annoying when you're hungry.

    Beautiful location, surroundings, atmosphere. We stayed in the modern rooms, which was a nice contract to the castle where you have breakfast. The terrace is an excellent spot to have a break end enjoy the wonderful seaview.

    Coffee/Latte was not as high-end as the rest of the place. One big instead of two single mattresses would be great.
